CANCELLATION POLICY:

All sales are non-refundable. In certain cases, class registrations may be eligible for transfer to another session if Voice One Training is given notice prior to the start date of the first class, as follows: Seven (7) or more days notice may receive a full transfer. Between three (3) and six (6) days notice – student must pay a transfer fee equal to 25% of the class registration cost. Between one (1) and two (2) days notice - student must pay a transfer fee equal to 50% of the class registration cost. Less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are ineligible for transfer. Transfer eligibility is not guaranteed due to the enrollment of the next session. Please contact the school administrator to make arrangements at 415-974-1103.

Merchandise Purchases:
All sales are non-refundable. Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase, if product is in original condition. Additional shipping charges will be applied for all exchanges.
